RaeLynn revealed a sneak peek of her upcoming era that will “literally” rock.
The country singer-songwriter posted a snippet of an unreleased, rock-infused anthem on her social media accounts on Tuesday afternoon (February 25). Commenters said they’re already “obsessed” and “excited,” though RaeLynn hasn’t confirmed details — including the song title or a possible release date — as of publication time on Wednesday (February 26).
RaeLynn, gearing up to join Jason Aldean on his headlining tour in 2025, has previously teased some of her unreleased songs as she gets ready for the next chapter in her career. One of her latest ballads to release is “Funny Girl,” a heartfelt letter to her younger self. The former The Voice star, who competed on Blake Shelton’s team in 2012, confirmed at that time that her third album is in the works.
The sneak peeks of new music arrive as RaeLynn takes a nostalgic look back at one of her earliest singles. It’s been more than a decade since RaeLynn released “Boyfriend,” and the song is trending again on social media (particularly as RaeLynn pointed out a lyric that “everyone” has been singing wrong this whole time). The Texas-born country star shared an acoustic rendition last week. Watch her latest teaser here:
