Saw this over the weekend as I was frantically making 20 breakfast burritos, chili, lasagna, and every other comfort food I could think of so I could stash it in the freezer for the week. I may not be a chef, but cooking food for my family makes me feel less anxiety and gives me comfort. And when the family enjoys it, it feels like I've given them some love!
